Small garage but competent staff. They picked up my car quickly and it was ready the same day. Very efficient and good professionals. Prices are not too excessive, it all depends on the demand! For a country garage, I recommend it.

An old-fashioned garage may be efficient for servicing older cars (I haven't tried it), but it's not at all up to date with Renault procedures.
I made an appointment for the first-year service of my Dacia Spring. I also reported a small defect and gave them the Technical Note to follow (I work at the Renault Technocentre).
Result: the car was kept for one day, and I was told that the appointment made with the central platform wasn't OK.
I was told that everything was OK, but that they couldn't charge me because nothing had been done. The Clip case hadn't been fitted to the car.
As a result, I have no invoice or record of the service in the Renault warranty system! I'll have to make another appointment at another garage.
I had only replaced the cabin filter myself and therefore asked not to be charged for it, but the rest of the service should have been done. This wasn't the case.
Nothing was done about the defect either because the garage isn't equipped to handle it, but I was simply told that a part was missing and they never got back to me.
It would be better to tell the customer that you don't know or can't do anything about these EVs rather than keeping the car for a day without doing anything.
I'll skip over the very questionable reception with the two large guard dogs in the middle of the customer reception area; we don't know where to look! It's not very high-quality and doesn't represent the brand well.
