My Renault Scenic had an engine failure and ended up at Mr Monnin's in June 2024 (I'm from Strasbourg). It took the necessary time, but Mr Monnin managed everything at Renault for partial coverage of the cost. He changed the engine, the injection, the distribution, the sensor. Very professional and educational, I am very satisfied despite the 7 months to wait knowing that I was never there. I warmly recommend him.

Excellent garage! Not only are problems resolved quickly, but the loaner car while waiting for repairs was in perfect working order with a full tank! What's more, our last "glitch" was even resolved without payment! We highly recommend ☺.

Disappointed with this garage.. No one took the time to give me a quote for a car key even though there were no customers.. They told me they would call me back within the week. I went to another garage and my quote was already done!! Lack of seriousness in this company.

A new manager is David Monnin with lots of quality if you like barrels it's Renault that you need if you like your car take David for your maintenance
