I purchased a Peugeot 508 SW remotely. The salesperson was very professional and reliable. A month later, I noticed a problem with the vehicle, so I decided to use my warranty at a Spoticar near my home. The warranty claim was denied for reasons I still don't know. Following this, I contacted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle and explained the situation.
I then took the vehicle back to Peugeot Beaucouzé, and they covered the repairs as well as my travel expenses.

I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from the Peugeot dealership in Beaucouzé and encountered serious problems the very next day. The vehicle broke down, the promised repairs never resolved the issue despite several visits, and the agreed-upon reimbursement for a train ticket was never issued. My follow-up inquiries went unanswered, and the dealership made the reimbursement conditional on the return of the spare keys, threatening legal action despite my good faith.
I was forced to contact Peugeot France to have any hope of resolving this dispute.
I strongly advise against using this dealership and recommend exercising extreme caution before making any purchase. Furthermore, they neither honor their commitments nor their customers.

A month ago, after contacting the Peugeot dealership (Idéal Automobiles) by phone, we went there to test drive a van that was for sale on the Spoticar lot. After the test drive, we decided to buy it. When it came time to fill out the purchase agreement, the salesman was surprised to discover that it had been sold a few days earlier by one of his colleagues. In the end, we drove three hours round trip for nothing.
The salesman, seemingly very embarrassed, promised to quickly find us an equivalent vehicle and contact us the very next day.
A month later, no news; we're still waiting for his call… Clearly, this salesman, whose name I won't mention, demonstrates a blatant lack of professionalism and an unspeakable disregard for potential buyers. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise… because the van we were supposed to buy was slightly different from the photos (cleanliness) on their website and the mileage displayed, as it had 4,000 km more than advertised.
In short, we do not recommend this dealership; we hope it was just one person's fault.

I purchased a 2019 PureTech car from this dealership. Unfortunately, I encountered several problems with this engine, which made for a rather unpleasant experience initially.
However, I want to emphasize the professionalism of the team: the dealership was responsive, attentive, and compassionate throughout the entire process.
From the sales department to the service department, everyone involved was competent, dedicated, and focused on resolving issues quickly.
I highly recommend this dealership, and I will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
