After being towed for a flat tire, I was taken care of very quickly by the staff at the Peugeot garage. The team was professional, efficient, and truly attentive. A big thank you also for the thoughtful touches for the children, which made the wait much more pleasant. I highly recommend them!

Deplorable welcome from the second-hand seller today. Certainly our position was not to our advantage: puretech engine HS, not covered by the poor measures put in place by Peugeot. Very curt tone from the start: what do you want me to do with your car, it doesn't run, and then where is the car, I have to see it (but of course we go around the dealerships driving a car that has an engine fault!!!) And so on. We went there after calling and explaining the situation. A rather pleasant person had said that there were probably possibilities. I had to be more curt, and point out to him that engines of this type were "shit" for him to finally soften. Not an ounce of empathy for my daughter, who has to pay a loan for a ruined car!! We didn't expect miracles, but a minimum of respect and a little empathy. In addition, he had the nerve to tell us "I don't work at Peugeot" ... with the Peugeot-branded jacket. The height of irony was still his car proposal: a pure tech 208, explaining that the problems had not been resolved, that some vehicles had no problems, and that this model was included in Peugeot's support if by misfortune my daughter encountered the same problem ... in short, certainly his refusal is understandable, but faced with the distress of a young girl (who could have killed herself on the motorway when the engine gave up), a slightly less aggressive tone, a little empathy would have been appropriate. One thing is certain: never again a Peugeot, and even for a second-hand car from a different brand: we will not set foot in this group again.

Unhelpful garage. While on holiday in the region, the AdBlue warning light came on in our Peugeot 308, along with a display showing the remaining kilometers before the vehicle would be immobilized (the AdBlue tank was topped up with anti-crystallizing agent before we left).
The garage offered us no appointment or solution (the least they could have done was run a diagnostic check to reset the mileage counter to 1100 km so we could drive back to Normandy for repairs). Only Feu Vert Beaune offered us an appointment and a solution, which allowed us to finish our trip and spend the holidays without any problems.
