I experienced excellent service. Lost the muffler and went to this shop just before closing time. Immediately received help, the new muffler was ordered and built in until 10 am next day. So fast & also cheap. I can 100% recommend. Thanks for the help.

I broke down last Sunday.
As much as I'm furious about Mondial Assistance's "don't give a damn" attitude, I THANK Grandpa Lie, I'm not sure of his first name anymore, please excuse me, for his professionalism, his kindness, his caring, his respect for his customers.
This gentleman waited 3 HOURS!!! with me to get a taxi.
When I suggested he go home to his family, for him it was out of the question unless he was called out for another breakdown.
His response was, "I'll do what I would like to be done to me."
He's a gentleman who gives 200% to his work.
This gentleman is a wonderful person who deserves to be honored.

Broken down on the motorway on the way back from our holiday, this misfortune turned into an epic moment thanks to Franck, who was understanding, reassuring, full of humour and humanity but also very professional. Life is made up of encounters, of people passing through whom we remember for a long time. For us, it will be Franck the breakdown driver. A big thank you also to Mrs Biais who also did us a great service in passing.
