Arrived for roadside assistance with a faulty alternator at noon on the eve of a public holiday. Car repaired at 3:30 pm the same day, and at a very reasonable price. A huge thank you to this fantastic team of professionals.

This garage is a disgrace!!!! The belt change and oil change were billed at a total of €1,100. The engine was missing a liter of oil. I came back a month later, and he topped up the oil and charged me €27.... I'll never set foot in that man's shop again in my life!!!! I'll miss the friendly and helpful staff, though.

I understand the many negative reviews... I asked this garage for a proper quote for my vehicle's service (oil change), providing the latest Peugeot service invoice which shows everything that had been done. I had to have the quote revised three times. During the last service, before I bought my vehicle, Peugeot replaced all the filters. Since then, I've barely driven 13,000 km in a year. And now this garage is replacing all the filters again with a quote of over €550!!! If you don't know what you're doing, you'll get ripped off! I explained that only the oil filter needed replacing during this service, as the "Maintenance Plan" provided by Peugeot France recommends replacing the other filters only after 60,000 km / 4 years under normal driving conditions or 40,000 km / 4 years under severe driving conditions, and the cabin air filter at the same mileage or every 2 years. Consequently, I received a second quote for €390.99, which included replacing the cabin air filter, also stating that it only needed replacing after a maximum of 60,000 km. A third quote was sent, and this time I noticed some inconsistencies. I therefore asked the garage for an explanation. This garage is offering an oil change for €294.95, while three other Peugeot garages are offering me a fixed price of €152.00. The brake fluid change is €16.34 more expensive, and the coolant pH check has jumped from €4.80 to €11.40 between the first and third quotes! This garage's response: "I didn't offer you a fixed price; you should have asked if you wanted it." Now that's what I call dishonesty! I'm the customer, and it's the mechanic's responsibility to provide the most suitable quote. If the fixed price is cheaper than charging the customer individually for the exact same service, why not offer it to potential customers? It's simply a way to overcharge them for labor, and that's neither right nor honest. No excuse is valid; even the largest Peugeot dealership in Toulouse offered me the fixed price! Quotes are given randomly, without taking into account the customer's actual needs. This garage is absolutely terrible at providing advice and support, when it should be there to meet the customer's needs.

I (unfortunately) had a bad experience with this dealership after a minor, not at-fault, accident involving my car door. The service was minimal (don't arrive during their cigarette break, for example). The wait for a bodywork appointment was extremely long. The same goes for the car being out of commission, even though they lent me a vehicle (a huge, old-fashioned station wagon, but it did the job). When I finally got my car back, I noticed the side molding was loose. I went back, and the bodywork technician replaced it with a used one that had a cosmetic defect; I accepted it. Later, I noticed the folding mirror was rubbing against the bodywork, but I didn't say anything. A few days later, the door started banging when I closed it and eventually stopped closing altogether. So I went back to the garage, and a bodywork technician told me it wasn't related to their repair, that it was just a coincidence. I finally decided to go to a proper body shop, where the mechanic smiled when he saw the wavy dent in the door from the side. He repaired and properly aligned my door (which I paid for myself) and assured me that the problem was undoubtedly caused by the dealership's repair. In short, a sour receptionist, a disillusioned boss, and nonchalant employees for a shoddy job. Even being nice and understanding, I definitely don't recommend them. Go elsewhere if you don't want any trouble.

I do not recommend this garage. It is approved by MAIF, and for simplicity I went there after my accident. The staff is unpleasant, they lent me a car that was in a pitiful state despite having repeated that I needed a loaner car. When I showed up, I was told that they were not aware that I needed a car. I had to wait 4 months for an appointment. I was not able to change my tires and have them serviced before the repairs. I was the one who called them back to get an appointment because otherwise I would probably be waiting even longer. Once the repairs were done, I noticed some defects, I went back to the garage to ask them to do something. They told me that they could not do more. I went to another garage to change my tires, and they confirmed that there were defects. Here I am again contacting my insurance and the expert to ask for an opinion. In the end I was right, they were dishonest, I don't recommend it!
