I had reserved a car at the Menier Olivier garage, where I was told to expect a wait of about two weeks for the vehicle to be prepared.
During my first test drive, the car had just over 182,000 km on the odometer, a hole in the glove box, and several other issues that needed addressing (timing belt, oil change, vehicle inspection, etc.).
Three more weeks were then required, with the garage citing a parts delivery problem. On the scheduled delivery day, I decided to test drive the vehicle again to check its condition. When my uncle and I opened the hood, we noticed that the oil change didn't appear to have been done, the hole in the glove box hadn't been repaired, and the odometer showed about 2,000 km more than during my first visit (184,000 km).
So we went back to the garage to ask for an explanation. We were told that the cosmetic repairs had indeed been carried out and that the oil change had been performed. Faced with our doubts, the secretary summoned Mr. Menier, who confirmed rather curtly that he himself had taken care of it.
When we suggested checking the oil level together, he preferred to end the sale, declaring, and I quote, "If there's no trust, I won't complete the sale," before tossing the keys to his secretary.
Despite several attempts to discuss the matter calmly, no dialogue was possible. As for the additional 2,000 km, Mr. Menier explained that he had driven the vehicle as far as Guingamp, which seems hardly consistent with such a significant difference in mileage.
In short, a very disappointing experience. I am simply sharing my experience to encourage future customers to thoroughly check the condition of their vehicle before making any purchase.

I visited this garage because my vehicle was having a problem. I was able to get in without any scheduling. The mechanic did his best, but unfortunately, he couldn't help because the problem was with the electronic engine control system. Nevertheless, thank you for the service.

Very satisfied. All the staff are welcoming, ready to answer any questions and be helpful. The owner is really great, the prices are fair and the same for everyone. I highly recommend it.
