I had been using euromaster in mauleon for years, the staff were great and they tried to speak English for me. Unfortunately that outlet closed down and my nearest outlet became Saint Palais. My main contact moved from Mauleon to Saint Palais so I thought this would work out, unfortunately he is rarely there and the other staff make no effort to understand what I need despite having 4 cars and being a regular customer. The last straw has been requesting a suspension overhaul for my slk, they lost a week by not checking that they had my log book/ cart grise details on file and even after a second week they cannot tell me when they will have the parts. Added to this is one of my other cars had a serious safety issue on one tyrebut they could not fit a replacement for almost a week. From now on I will take my 4 cars elsewhere .

A wonderful team, always ready to help, even when they're busy or on holiday evenings at closing time. They've helped me in emergencies several times since my job requires a car and I have very little flexibility in case of a breakdown. Thank you all so much for your kindness and availability.

I had my air conditioning recharged on my 2008 on June 6th. But two months later it stopped working. So I made an appointment for a diagnosis. Very good reception. Timely service. In the end, it was a leak in the circuit. They covered the repair, the parts (gaskets) and the recharge under the warranty. This is unusual enough to be highlighted.

A huge thank you to this Euromaster center and especially to its manager. While passing through the area, my battery died and I received immediate assistance. However, two months later the battery failed again, and since I live 400 km away, the manager arranged for a new battery to be delivered under warranty within 48 hours. Kudos for his professionalism! These days, such service is rare, and I wanted to share it. A highly recommended address.
