We were referred by our usual mechanic who highly recommended Peugeot Colin (repairs covered by Peugeot). We were very satisfied with the work done on our vehicle (100,000 km service and emergency timing belt replacement). The company was readily available, the welcome was pleasant, and we didn't feel like we were being charged for any unnecessary repairs. The price also seemed reasonable. A small garage that we would recommend.

We were arriving from Gard, we didn't have an appointment, and we needed to change a bulb on the driver's side. We were well received, he quickly agreed to take charge of the vehicle. Pleasant and accommodating welcome, we recommend

A very friendly welcome, with a smile, very reasonable prices, work done with passion and professionalism, no negative feedback, only positive. I highly recommend them. Thank you for your professionalism and the work you did on my vehicle. I will be back and I will stay with you. See you soon.

I came to pick up an order that had already been paid for, and I've rarely seen such deplorable customer service. The receptionist curtly sent me back to the workshop, saying she "didn't have time." So far, so good. But when her colleague asked her for the invoice to help me, she started yelling that she was "making a €6,000 bill," that she was "being bothered over trifles," that she was "fed up," and that she was "nearly retired." An aggressive, disrespectful tone, completely unworthy of an establishment supposed to provide a service to the customer. Fortunately, the workshop technician displayed true professionalism and great calm, which somewhat saved the garage's image. But the lack of consideration displayed that day speaks volumes about how some people view their profession. When you work in service, respect for the customer should be the basis, not an option. Perhaps it is time for some to ask themselves the right questions about what being a professional really means and even if retirement is approaching, we can always question ourselves...
