I went in without an appointment for the lock cylinder on my Kangoo, which had fallen out. I was seen immediately, and best of all, I didn't even have to pay! I highly recommend this garage and I want to thank the person who worked on my car! It was fixed in less than an hour!

This garage is a disaster! Not worthy of the Renault name! We dropped our car off in April 2025, and they returned it to us with the note "everything is fine" (from the workshop manager), but with a service report we received later indicating "risk of engine failure." We returned the next day with a broken engine! The garage was completely unresponsive, experts and inspectors were called in, Renault France intervened, and finally, we got the vehicle back with a new engine (thanks Renault France!) in December 2025...

They only welcome you when they deign to take a break from their coffee or hang up their personal phone calls. They're incredibly nonchalant in their work and follow-up, if they even bother to do it at all… for example, ordering a spare part but not specifying which vehicle or customer it's for… you can wait a LONG time in that case… They replaced the rearview mirror once. The sensor was incorrectly connected, so it was back to the garage with even longer waits… You really get the impression they don't care or that they just want to do as little as possible. Don't rush, whatever you do.

Vehicle purchase and maintenance at this garage. Excellent welcome and advice from the salesperson. Friendly staff. I recommend them.
