Order number 2 with Citroën. After a first cancellation, I placed an order for a car on October 28, 2025, at the Citroën dealership in Berck. I received a call on November 7, 2025, to cancel the order, two business days before the scheduled delivery. The reason given was an "engine problem."
I went to the dealership on November 10, 2025, for an explanation. I was greeted by the assistant sales manager, who didn't even say "Hello." We were left standing, addressed informally, and offered the excuse, "You're just unlucky."
This person was incredibly condescending and arrogant.
I explained that I had already paid for the car and insurance, and the response was again, "You're just unlucky." So I'm out about €60.
The only solution offered was a refund. They came to me and asked, "Give me your bank details." Absolutely no respect!
In short, they treat us like dirt.

I'm very disappointed with the handling of my case and the so-called warranty. It took three weeks for them to take me seriously, and after two years, I ended up buying a new car.
I'm very disappointed, and after talking to others, I realize I'm not the only one in this situation.

It's a very professional workshop.
You can see people dedicated to doing a good job and accommodating the customer. A sense of service, a human touch, the likes of which we don't see much anymore.

Salesman who knows everything. He sells the best brand. The rare problems encountered are always caused by customers who don't maintain their vehicles properly. The only ones capable of doing the maintenance are them...they have the best engine oil.... I don't recommend it.

Le dépannage rapide et la preuve de capacité à répondre rapidement à ma demande me font changer de point de vue sur les garagistes.
Ils ont été très réactif et soucieux de me satisfaire pendant la prise en charge.
Je les recommande, ils sont très professionnels.
