We needed to trade in our Captur Hybrid on a long-term lease, and Mr. Richard and Mr. Dylan Ame offered us a Symbioz Hybrid.
Their only concern is customer satisfaction, and they go the extra mile to always find the best solution (whether it's for a sale or for car maintenance). Thanks also to the mechanics.

Mr. RICHARD is a very professional person and a valuable help when you find yourself faced with procedures that are not moving forward. My vehicle under warranty had a noise problem, and I was being sent around in circles to another garage of the same brand. Since the boss asked me to treat myself by writing a negative review of his garage, here it is: as soon as I arrived, as soon as I left, while I had an appointment for my car set a few days earlier for an electronic diagnostic by suitcase, the time of which had been confirmed to me the day before by phone, the boss tells me at 8:15 a.m. that he will not be able to take my car today, and that we will have to make another appointment because his technician is not working this afternoon. I try to explain to him that I had to take the day off, that we came with 2 drivers, that we do not live nearby, nothing works, obviously it is me who does not understand the situation. No apology from him, at no time did he show any regret for this situation, and on the contrary, he suggested that I go to another garage. No effort was made to find a solution, the customer relationship with this garage is deplorable. I won't be going back. As a loyal customer of the brand and having worked in the Renault network a few years ago, this lack of professionalism, which harms Renault's image, was naturally reported to management.
