After going to one mechanic where they were not interested at all, I luckily went into the next street and found an amazingly helpful man, Julien De Almeid, at the Dacia/Renault outlet service garage. This man showed knowledge, kindness and tolerance as I only speak english. I can really not speak more highly of this man! I thank him and recommend this garage to everyone.

Shameful: several weeks of waiting for a faulty air conditioning unit on an Express van. Finally, I got the vehicle back in the middle of summer and... guess what? The air conditioning doesn't work! They say they don't have time to take the vehicle back to repair it. But they certainly took the money!!!
Dishonest: after receiving a hefty bill for a timing belt replacement, without any prior estimate, the accessory belt broke the very next day... supposedly due to a loose tensioner pulley (so their fault), then more waiting because they can't take the vehicle, then they don't have time, and then... finally, they look at the vehicle only to say that another part is the problem (coincidentally, a very expensive one) even though they had taken everything apart for the timing belt replacement! And yet another lie, adding to the others... A lack of seriousness and professionalism: an extra €800 bill!!!! Where there's embarrassment, there's no pleasure.
All my vehicles used to go there; I'd been a loyal customer for years and years, but now this garage is a disaster.
Run away, go anywhere else if you don't want to be ripped off!!!

Our car was brought in twice a few months ago for the same problem, but each time it came back with new issues and additional charges. The initial problem is still not resolved. It's back with you again because of problems that arose during your previous work, for which we didn't expect to have to pay. Make sure you document the condition of your car before you bring it in, and get a signed estimate before any work is done, or you'll be in for some unpleasant surprises.

A blatant lack of professionalism!
I left my vehicle with this garage for three days and used their loaner car.
I was extremely disappointed to discover that, during this time, they used the loaner car I had parked nearby. Then, to try and charge me for a minor and barely visible defect on the door, knowing full well they had used the vehicle, is unacceptable. I refused to pay. I strongly advise you to exercise extreme caution with this garage, especially regarding the use of their loaner vehicles.
