My appointment today was for the installation of my tow hitch. Being in the automotive industry myself, I prefer the service of a dealership to the factory-like atmosphere of a traditional dealership.
On the morning I dropped off my vehicle, there was no endless queue like at some dealerships. The entire team was dedicated to providing efficient service, allowing me to start my day with peace of mind.
The work done was thorough and meticulous. A reliable garage that I recommend without hesitation.

My mother and I were lucky enough to discover this garage, and we can't go anywhere else. It's perhaps the only honest mechanic in the Val d'Oise, the Île-de-France region, or even the whole of France! These people are honest and lovely; in fact, they're always highly recommended, and deservedly so. Just one example among many: I went to the dealership of my car's brand (which I won't name) because I had a flat tire. They told me I needed to change the tire: 300 euros. I said no and went to the Peugeot garage in Bessancourt for a second opinion. They told me I just needed to inflate the tire, which they did for free. That says it all. When I tell you this address is invaluable... no more going to quacks, we've found our gem of a mechanic!

A huge thank you to the team who took the time to fix a problem with my 3008 while they were tidying up the workshop before their summer break.
Especially since two other garages had refused to deal with my problem, including the one that caused the issue after working on my engine.
