Unscrupulous used car dealer. Associated with the Renault dealership (same manager).
I bought a supposedly serviced car: the wrong oil was put in it!
Then, the underbody protection had been secured with clamps because the fasteners were broken. And that's where their bad faith came into play.
This is without underlining the fact that a flawless bodywork had been advertised and that wasn't the case when I arrived... a negotiation was made, but that was already a bad sign...
Unscrupulous and untrustworthy. Choose other, more conscientious professionals who will respect the customer.
Update following the response: same address, same premises, same salesperson, the manager of one and the agent of the other, same person with whom we communicate (yes, Mr. Boudry). The only one you can fool with this excuse is yourself. Did you know that company data is available on the internet? And I can forward your emails to you if you want... where the Renault manager takes a stand for the shearers' garage... strange 😉

I dropped my car off for a service and asked them to check my windshield cowl at the same time, as it was probably loose and hadn't been properly reinstalled after the last service. I picked up my car and they told me it had been reinstalled correctly. When I got home, I checked to make sure it was properly reinstalled and noticed they had drilled holes and added rivets without asking me. I called them and they told me it was broken, and when did they tell me that?! They prefer to tinker around and say nothing. I'm never going back there for my car again; I don't want to end up with a car full of rivets, lol.

I bought my vehicle there a year ago and am very happy with it.
No problems with it. Maintenance done at this garage at a very reasonable price.

We're dealing with professionals. The breakdown assessment was consistent with the repair on my Clio and the quote provided (no nasty surprises). A mechanic you can trust is a good thing. I recommend him.
