Takata airbag replacement. Back home, error message about an electrical circuit fault. The garage is asking me €115 for the diagnosis. Before the intervention, I've never had any problems, and they contemptuously made me understand that it can't be due to the airbag replacement. I don't recommend this garage; it's very poor after-sales service. Incidentally, a diagnosis at another dealership costs 20% less! So, a little tip: go to the smaller Citroën garages; you'll get better service.
Update: The response makes me laugh. It must be automatic. Of course, I've contacted the garage several times. Generally speaking, when you look at your responses, you're always sorry, but it's just a facade. So I don't recommend your garage for after-sales service. And the diagnosis at that price is extortion.

Called today for a recall campaign. I reported that the engine knocks loudly when cold, which is precisely the problem known on this model. Despite this, they have not handled the recall campaign concerning the camshaft chain change for the 1.5 BlueHDi 100 hp, even though Citroën France confirms that this recall is necessary. Total lack of listening and professionalism. Very disappointing.

Our saviors. We received a recall for our Takata airbags 1 week before our departure on vacation (with the car in question). We found an appointment extremely quickly even though stocks are very limited. Surely a stroke of luck but delighted with the service (very polite and fast: only 1 hour), the stock management (complicated for these parts), and the customer service! Thanks again.

Following a letter from Citroën Poissy regarding a safety recall, updating the engine control unit on a Citroën Jumper (motorhome).
A categorical refusal, we don't accept motorhomes?????
We don't understand because you've had several repairs at your place, the most recent
one dated January 23, 2023, and the invoice amounted to €228.
What should we do???
