I went to Feu Vert for a routine service. During the visit, they told me the front shock absorbers needed replacing. So, I booked an appointment online just for the shock absorber replacement package.
On the day of the appointment, what a surprise! They informed me they had forgotten to order the necessary parts. I asked for a goodwill gesture for this oversight, but they refused. The appointment was therefore rescheduled for a week.
In the meantime, they called to tell me the shock absorber mounts also needed replacing (€110). I agreed, hoping that would be the last surprise. But during the disassembly, they discovered the shock absorber boots also needed replacing (€46)!
I picked up my car at 4 pm, instead of 12:30 pm as planned, despite having had the service done there.
In short: over €150 extra, a cancelled appointment, and a 3.5-hour delay, with no compensation whatsoever. I absolutely do not recommend this garage!
