Hello, following a repair to my vehicle, I would like to leave a negative review for this garage. I went there on June 16, 2025, and was seen by Laurent Wattre. His estimate for the work was €351.72. I have the invoice to prove it. I left on June 20, 2025, for €752. I have the invoice to prove it. Today, I went to Norauto for my rear brakes. I asked them to give me a comparative quote to Serva's quote of €752. They quoted me €510.95. I think there's something fishy going on with this garage now that I have all the invoices. I'm waiting for a response to find out what happened. If I don't receive a response from them, I will file a complaint with 30 Million Consumers. Or I will file a complaint with the police. I expect a prompt reply. Thank you, have a good day.

They explain the work to you, they give you a quote, they're concise and precise... They get straight to the point... but as a result, we got our car two or three days before the expected date. They carry out the requested repairs and only suggest other repairs depending on the level of wear and tear... the quote was respected, the car was repaired and tested... we are satisfied.

Very bad experience a few years ago, they always made us change the same parts even though the problem was coming from elsewhere. Luckily, I went to another garage to get another opinion, which was beneficial because they found out where the noise was coming from and changed the right part, and as if by magic, I no longer need to go to the garage every 3 months 😂

Finally, a garage that doesn't try to rip you off and make you cough up your money! I visited yesterday morning because of an engine fault on my C3.
The workshop manager didn't hesitate to plug in the diagnostic tool to find the problem, and it was identified.
He then offered to keep my car to resolve the issue and pick it up mid-afternoon.
Thank you again for your promptness and friendly service.
I highly recommend this garage.
