My car has been in the garage for over a month. They keep telling me the parts have arrived and it will be ready on Tuesday, but I still haven't heard anything. I call, and they tell me they're still waiting for the parts. I feel like they're taking me for a ride.

My vehicle was taken care of quickly and I didn't have to go back twice to get a quote and the work done... The prices are fair, the explanations are clear and they don't push you to buy anything... In addition, the welcome is friendly 👍

Hello,
I'm writing such a bad review because I had an appointment with this garage today at 9:00 AM, and I was left waiting outside the (closed) reception until 9:20 AM. I tried calling twice, but no one answered.
I'm not thanking the garage for their punctuality.

Excellent garage, prices are always fair, a serious, competent, and honest garage. Both for mechanical work and bodywork, where they are very competitively priced with consistently high-quality workmanship! Frankly, in Rouen, it's difficult, if not impossible, to find better quality/price/service!
