I was looking for a garage on a Saturday morning in the middle of August to change a front tire (the night before I had a puncture and I had been driving since with a spare tire limited to 80 km). After many refusals, the owner of this garage on the phone confirmed to me that he had the tire model corresponding to my request, even though my car did not belong to his brand. I came straight away and his mechanic made the replacement immediately. Serious team, pleasant welcome: A big THANK YOU!

"You don't go to the butcher with your meat and ask him to cook it for you," I was told condescendingly. I was stupid enough to ask for two almost new summer tires (not replaced in the spring due to lack of time) instead of two all-season tires after an unrepairable puncture.
Perhaps they thought I was going to spend €300 on tires for their sake and throw away almost new tires? While this practice is common in many stores, they were the only ones who responded to me in this tone, taking me for an idiot.
Message to the manager: on the one hand, I won't set foot in your store again, even though I came after a good first experience, but you should explain to your guy that the appropriate response is: "The house rule is not to install tires that weren't purchased from us. I'm sorry I can't help you." It costs nothing, it's professional and it avoids losing a potential customer and having a negative opinion.

Just passing through for a week's vacation and a mechanical incident occurred right in the middle...
Our car was immediately taken care of and repaired quickly. A loaner car was provided to us while we waited.
A responsive, efficient team that provides fast service, even at a moment's notice!
I highly recommend them because it's really not like this everywhere.

Towing and breakdown service this morning, July 7th, for a friend's car. Two very kind and efficient mechanics arrived quickly after our call. Plus, the rate was reasonable. My only regret is that I forgot to tip them!
