Helped out on a Sunday late afternoon for a flat tire. Super nice and accommodating guy. He was able to repair it on the spot. As I wasn't very confident, he suggested I follow him to the garage, 15 minutes away, to see that the repair was holding up. All this with a smile and good humor. All in all, a nice time. Thank you for the impeccable service 🙏

Absolutely avoid this garage!
After my car broke down on my way back from vacation, it was towed by Garage PERRIN in Biol. The repair estimate was then drawn up by Garage AMZ AUTO in Doissin, run by the same manager. Thinking I was dealing with professionals, I accepted the estimate without question, trusting in their expertise. Big mistake!
First, the manager "forgot" to tell me my car was ready, forcing me to pay for an extra week of car rental. But the worst was yet to come…
After finally getting my car back and driving back to Paris, a strange noise started. Worried, I immediately had it checked by another garage. The diagnosis was shocking: a nut and a bolt were missing from the assembly, which could have caused a serious accident on the highway!
Of course, I contacted the managers of both garages, naively thinking they would be sorry about this situation. Actually, not at all... He simply offered vague apologies and promised to call me back the very next day to resolve the situation. He never followed up, despite my numerous, always polite, reminders. No goodwill gesture, no acknowledgment of their mistake. I had to pay for the necessary repairs myself to correct their errors.
This garage demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, blatant irresponsibility, and an incredible disregard for the safety of its customers. I am appalled by such behavior, both professionally and personally. What a disgrace!
