Two-year customer, two-year-old car. Standard servicing, minor body damage with no identified third party, vandalism, so I had to pay the deductible. Bodywork repairs, no complaints. Following another act of vandalism, I left my car for a paint job on the right rear door. It was done properly. Except that I picked up the car with the right front fender scratched. I reported this immediately, but unfortunately, I had already paid the deductible. The response: "I'm willing to believe you..." Stunned, I left. The next day, I returned to assert my rights: the argument was that it couldn't have happened at the garage since the car was still at the body shop. Of course, in a garage, there are no mechanics who come to your car, no tools, no toolboxes, nothing that could scratch cars. Besides, I picked up the car outside. My wife's explanation: I must have done it with my purse! In short, a complete lack of respect, a refusal to take responsibility and repair the damage, even though I believe garages have insurance in case of such incidents, which can happen. Conclusion: I'll just have to contact my insurance company. Of course, I'll file a claim with my insurance company for the damage you caused, and I'll continue to pay you! Knowing that in this garage, my phone holder was broken, and the bag containing the equipment provided by Dacia was opened, with two empty packages found inside, I'm going to inquire on the Vannes road to find out what was inside. I lied about that too, it's impossible. Because the woman is watching everyone during all opening hours. I don't know how to lie. Madame from the body shop, here's an explanation at least as coherent as the ones you've given me, I hope you appreciate it: I want to get into my car, I'm senile, so I try to go through the hood. I change my mind, and as I approach the front passenger door, I scratch the right fender vertically in two places with my purse. Then I think to myself, "Damn, I'm not in the UK anymore, the steering wheel's on the left!" So I head to the left without causing any further damage because the purse had gone into autopilot! Phew!

I'm a little disappointed with the workmanship. When you change two tires on a car, it seems to me that the pressure is re-inflated on all four wheels, right? The front wheels are 2.5 and 2.6, and the rear wheels are new tires, 2.1 and 2.2. Either it wasn't done or your gauge isn't working.
Otherwise, the speed of execution and troubleshooting are excellent.

A truly honest garage. After a breakdown on a Saturday and a tow to their garage, they preferred to send our vehicle (after a diagnostic check) directly to a dealership of our brand rather than start replacing parts unnecessarily. The staff were very kind and pleasant on the phone.
I recommend them.
