I used the Peugeot Gouillou garage, approved by my insurance company, to repair my car after an accident.
Sébastien was very attentive and found a solution to the problems I was experiencing.
The receptionist is always friendly and very professional in handling your case.
My car was returned to me in impeccable condition, cleaned inside and out.
I am therefore very satisfied with both the service and the interaction with them.

Title: Very bad experience – refusal of warranty service
Review:
During my first visit to this Peugeot garage, the service was quick and efficient for a window problem, and I had no complaints at the time. It was only later that I learned that they had not obtained (or provided) warranty coverage for this repair.
During a second visit, for a fleeting engine warning light indicating insufficient pressure, the garage explained to me that, due to the "short-lived" nature of the message, they could not file a warranty claim or take steps to complete the repairs.
I got the feeling they didn't want to handle the case, which disappointed me greatly.
Lack of transparency, no follow-up, and refusal of warranty service: I do not recommend this garage.

Passing through on vacation with a broken air conditioning system.
In the summer, it's difficult to find a garage that will take you in...
This garage took us in without an appointment and did everything necessary for a complete diagnosis between scheduled services. The air conditioning couldn't be repaired, but I've never received so much useful and relevant information, especially considering it's a Volkswagen and the garage specializes in Peugeots.
The information was clear and precise regarding the condition of the parts and the source of the problem. In my case, it was a grounding issue with the compressor.
The invoice was issued with clear notes for my mechanic, who will be able to take over the repair several hundred kilometers away.
I am very grateful for the welcome we received and the thoroughness with which our problem was examined.

Avoid this garage.
It was my car that was damaged. The insurance company sent it to their partner garage. The mechanic carried out repairs costing around €5,000.
At the end, he told me, "Your engine is dead."
I replied, "Why didn't you tell me before you started the work that the engine was out of order?"
He said he didn't know. Then he told me I still had to pay the €600 deductible.
I wasn't able to get my car back, and he then sold it.
