I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Stéphane Bouchet for the exceptional quality of his service during the repair of my vehicle. From my very first contact with the garage, I was treated with great seriousness, kindness, and professionalism. Mr. Bouchet was attentive, always available to answer my questions, and very reassuring in his explanations. He perfectly coordinated the various stages of the process, from the repair itself to the return of the vehicle, including managing deadlines, assessments, and so on. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly, quickly, and above all, without stress. It's truly wonderful to feel supported by a competent, caring, and dedicated person, especially during a time that can be quite stressful. Thank you. I would also like to thank the entire team behind the scenes. For my Audi A3

Accidents occurred, insurance was filed, and I took my Polo to Volkswagen for peace of mind; they should know their brand. The garage took the car in quickly and gave me a loaner. Then they asked me to come pick up my car, saying the repairs were finished. When day came, they told me I couldn't come because the battery was dead (they had left the doors open all night). Then they called me again another day to pick it up, but then they told me no, they had replaced the window even though it didn't need replacing, and the door lock was broken and replaced "at their expense," they said—thankfully! The young man who took care of my Polo didn't put the temperature sensor back in the engine (it was just lying on the ground), didn't fix my bumper or the mudguards that were rubbing against the tires, broke my window, broke the door lock, and I got my car back with a door full of holes and, of course, a leaky door that leaks as soon as it rains… In short, it leaks, the young man did a terrible job and damaged my car more than anything else. It's a shame to take your Volkswagen to Volkswagen and be disappointed by their very sloppy work!

It's hard to be more disappointed. Significant delays, no prior warning calls, the car was taken in after an accident, and it came back with the windshield still cracked, the trunk still full of spare parts collected after the accident and not cleaned. When I take my Volkswagen to brand experts, I expect better service than at a regular body shop.

I confidently bought a used car remotely from a professional... what a mistake! The delivered vehicle was not in the condition the salesperson had described during our phone conversations prior to the purchase. There were door dings, and the rear bumper had been crudely repaired with paint touch-ups... None of these defects had been mentioned beforehand. Having paid a deposit, waited 10 days for delivery, and being without a car, I was left with nothing but a fait accompli. Finally, upon returning home, I discovered that my front bumper was completely scratched underneath. The only response to this discovery was: "It's a used car." I thought I could avoid this kind of disappointment by buying from a professional within the VAG network. Don't buy used cars from them without visiting the dealership first; you risk the same misfortune. I do not recommend this dealership.

I just received my T-Cross, a little late due to Covid, and I commend the entire sales team and the workshop staff who are truly working together to ensure your satisfaction. A delighted new customer.
