I can confirm that there's a major problem with the telephone system at Citroën AGEN; no one ever answers despite multiple calls for a service appointment. It rings endlessly and sometimes the call cuts out immediately. A sure way to lose customers.

My vehicle was recalled for a minor issue. Everything went very smoothly. An appointment was scheduled quickly. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. They provided a loaner vehicle free of charge while my car was being repaired – a real bonus!
