I initially booked an appointment online, but it was canceled without any explanation. I called to find out what was happening: I was simply rescheduled for another time slot, without any justification whatsoever for the initial cancellation.
When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, the reception was very disappointing. The staff were bordering on rude. I also witnessed a scene I found unacceptable: a manager humiliated a young employee in front of all the customers waiting in line. This seriously damages the company's image and raises a real human and ethical issue.
Regarding the service itself, I received no explanation of what was (or wasn't) done to my vehicle. There was no guidance, no advice, no information about potential repairs or points to monitor. Furthermore, the service took approximately 30 minutes instead of the scheduled hour.
It's a real shame, as I've been a customer for several years. However, given the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect, I will no longer be visiting this establishment.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Feu Vert. During my last visit, I was poorly received by the incompetent staff, who seemed uninterested in my questions. Furthermore, the information provided was incorrect, which caused me inconvenience. I expected quality service, but that was not the case. I don't plan to return anytime soon.
