We had a great experience with this garage, we tried with others and it was a disaster. But with them they were able to fix everything and tried to really communicate with us, even though we speak english, they explained everything and the things that they should do. They did a lot of work in our car, and it was all working perfectly. The bill is very reasonable. I recommend them 100%! you won't have regrets and they take good care of your car. I came in because I needed to make some changes to my vehicle to pass its MOT (i.e., emissions sensor).
During price negotiations, I couldn't get the price of the part replacement down, as I found it very high, but the salesperson promised to include a free pre-MOT check to ensure nothing was missing.
When I picked up the vehicle the next day, I asked if this pre-MOT check had been done as promised, and I clearly understood that it had been forgotten.
Spoiler alert: the vehicle failed its MOT due to a problem that was supposedly detected during the pre-MOT check.
For my part, I spent €1200 (!) at this garage. I'm going to have to waste another 3 hours dropping the vehicle off at another garage and pay for a retest, when everything could have been done initially at the same garage.
The problem I came in for was fixed, but the overall customer experience remains very poor.

Excellent garage, very professional and efficient. I came today for a flat tire on my car, which is not a Peugeot. It was repaired in less than 10 minutes because it didn't need changing and its safety and longevity were preserved. Honesty and safety above all are guarantees of trust. Furthermore, the person at the reception was very friendly and professional. I recommend this garage without hesitation and a big thank you to them.
