Very professional garage, always ready to help when I need it. Thank you to the whole team.

Lack of availability: It's very difficult to reach the garage; you often get the feeling you're bothering them with every call. Reception: The reception is sorely lacking. The staff is distant, sometimes unpleasant, and some remarks are frankly inappropriate or unprofessional. Problem management and communication: At the slightest issue, the garage doesn't hesitate to blame the customer instead of looking for solutions. Dialogue is difficult, which creates a feeling of disdain and a complete lack of listening. Contractual services not respected: Despite a professional contract supposedly guaranteeing the provision of a loaner vehicle, this service is systematically refused without a valid explanation. Lack of trust and transparency regarding maintenance: When I leave my vehicle, I never know if all the scheduled checks and operations have actually been carried out (tires, safety, recalls, etc.). Nothing is explained or checked in front of the customer. This undermines trust. In short: Avoid. The lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and respect for the customer is blatant. Unfortunately, this type of practice is regularly reported in customer reviews of Peugeot.

Wanting to use a local mechanic rather than the large Peugeot dealership in Rouen, I booked a service appointment at this garage. I made the appointment by phone, providing all the necessary information: contact details, license plate number, etc. On the day of the appointment, I was informed that they didn't recognize the vehicle and didn't have the parts to perform the service. When I pointed out that they had all the information for the past 10 days, the simple response was: "The person who spoke to you didn't write it down." There was no follow-up, no anticipation, and above all, no solution offered: no reprogramming, no parts order, nothing. I left without anything being done. It's a sad state of affairs: the large dealerships are overwhelmed, and independent mechanics are gradually disappearing... between a lack of rigor and competence, it's difficult to trust them.

June 17, 2024 I made an appointment for a diagnostic check on my 2008. The orange warning light was on for two days, so I turned it off well before the diagnostic. This garage quoted us at least €4,500 for the repair. Disappointed, I went to Garage Vallet, where they told us that without the warning light on, it was impossible to perform a diagnostic. There's no bigger rip-off than that garage. Since then, the car has been running perfectly, and according to them, we shouldn't have been driving it anymore.
