I took my car (a Citroën under warranty at the time) in for routine maintenance. A water pump leak was discovered, but instead of a serious repair, they installed a makeshift "gasket" DIY style—without replacing the part. As a result, the leak persists today.
Frankly disappointed by the lack of professionalism. When you leave a vehicle under warranty, you expect a lasting repair, not a cover-up.
Be careful if you go there: carefully check the work performed and demand written proof. Avoid for serious repairs.

Passed as a simple remote coding after I had changed the AdBlue tank of a Citroën vehicle. The intervention was quickly accepted over the phone. At the time, quite satisfied. I expected a gesture, given my small need (takes barely 5 minutes) or, at the very least, a reasonable price. I was asked for €80... I tried to negotiate, but the manager's tone quickly escalated. No invoice when I handed over the keys, but I came out with a work order with no amount written. I did the same thing for another car in a garage in Combs la Ville for €30 and an invoice. They are not ready to see me again in Boissy...

I dropped off my car this morning at 8:30 AM for a Takata airbag replacement. I picked it up barely an hour later. Excellent service, very efficient team. Top-notch, I highly recommend them; you can go there with complete confidence.
