I just had the clutch replaced on my Clio after 240,000 km. Unacceptable!
Forced to urgently exit the highway on my vacation route because my vehicle broke down.
I went to this garage to ask for help: they refused, with no willingness to help me even though it was early afternoon. I was only asking for a makeshift repair so I could drive temporarily. The manager and his receptionist, in a very unpleasant manner, dismissed me and asked me to contact my brand's dealership.
In short, devoid of any morals, no sense of civic duty, and by the way, dear brand managers, who can tell you that my next purchase wasn't going to be a Renault? 🤔 A word to the wise, dear consumers, move on.
