I made an appointment through the Matmut website and took the day off work to have my windshield replaced.
The mechanic called me at 3 PM, but I was at work and couldn't answer. I tried calling them back three times, but no one answered. When I arrived at the garage today, they told me the appointment was canceled because they couldn't reach me!
I see you're very quick to respond to online reviews; it would be nice to have the same diligence when answering the phone... it would have saved me from wasting my day.

Friendly and accommodating staff, with a loaner vehicle available if needed.
They offer advice or call you if there's major work to be done on your car before they repair it. They even managed to fix my horn, which another garage couldn't.
I've been taking my car to Garage de la Bonneville for two and a half years now, on a friend's recommendation, and I have absolutely no regrets. I recommend them 100%.
