The service and repair were quick, which I really appreciated. However, I was a little surprised by the lack of professionalism at reception. During my visit, someone close to the secretary was joking with her and then lit a cigarette in the reception area, without it being noticed. I think it would be better to ensure a more serious and respectful environment for the brand's image.

Reasonable delays, professional service and repair at fair prices... but then what happened next! 45 minutes to issue the invoice, employees arguing in front of customers and not a single word of apology for the wait.

In the summer of 2022, we had a problem with the AD blue on a 5008. We reported that there was enough AD blue fluid. The mechanic simply told us that it was missing and erased the error message from the vehicle. Result: 90 euros billed and a few kilometers later the light came back on... Avoid at all costs!!! especially when you are tourists like we were. Not to mention the vehicle loaned during the work: a wreck, undoubtedly dangerous... RUN AWAY!!!

Very attentive and accommodating staff.
I came for a 100,000 km service but had an engine leak problem.
The manager and one of the mechanics found a quick solution and loaned me a car while I was out of service.
This repair comes at a cost, but professionalism and customer satisfaction pay off.
