A very big thank you to Mireille from the telephone reception for her sincere sense of customer service. My vehicle broke down at my daughter's house 200km from my home. I contacted my assistance who sent me a breakdown service who told me that the garage could not take it for repair. After several calls with the large Stellantis center in Merignac which did not have any short-term space, they gave me a list of garages. I was lucky enough to come across Mireille from the Alfred Daney garage. Mireille very quickly found a way for my vehicle to be taken care of as quickly as possible (while we were about to close the telephone reception) by asking her superiors for an agreement. I appreciated her listening, her empathy and her professionalism. The reception is the showcase of the garage and fortunately there are still people like you Mireille. THANK YOU again and of course I recommend the Alfred Daney garage in Bordeaux.

I was worried about getting back on the road with my old car, so I stopped at this garage and I'm so glad I did! The team was incredibly friendly and reassuring. They checked my tires, topped up the fluids (oil, windshield washer fluid, etc.), and all of it was free, without asking for anything in return. A true sense of service and humanity—it's becoming rare! Thank you again for your warm welcome and kindness.

I've rarely had the opportunity to speak to someone as unpleasant on the phone as the receptionist. She was incredibly rude.
She speaks with an utter lack of respect, unfortunately.
