Great garage! Top service! Super nice staff. Highly recommended. This place literally saved my life. I was on a trip to Bordeaux and i had to put my Renault car at a garage (a well known chain) for a minor service. When returned to me, the gear had been broken and the car wouldn't start. They refused to deal with the car because it they don't know how to work with automatic cars. I called all renault agents in the area and told them the story. This was the only garage that accepted to take in the car although they were already overwhelmed. The staff are professional, they were quickly able to identify the issue and tell me the solution with the approximate cost within 30 mns of arriving. The car needed a change of gear, and it's not an easy gear to find in general, so they made everything possible to order the gear, get it and repair it, even faster than they had told me it would take. The final cost ended up being even less than what they had told me and it was actually much lower than expected considering it's a change of gear. I'm forever grateful for the staff in this shop and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to fix their car in the area.

Avoid at all costs! My son's Dacia Sandero was towed to the garage on December 11th. They gave us a quote of €4,000 for an engine failure due to a compression problem. Skeptical, we picked up the vehicle, which was repaired in one hour by an honest (or competent???) mechanic; it turned out to be an ignition coil replacement. How is it possible that such a diagnostic error could be made by honest professionals??

Despite difficult social conditions with strikes and demonstrations disrupting professional activities, the service of my Twingo was carried out under optimal conditions: the secretary at the Garage de la Gare took the time to look after my file so that I could choose the best option for handling the necessary services and repairs on my car; the employee who took care of it also took the time to explain the major repairs and his interventions. I therefore had the best advice and my Twingo was taken care of as quickly as possible since I collected it that same afternoon despite this difficult social context. The quality of the support: administrative, interventions and the condition of my serviced car is optimal and I thank all the people at the Garage Renault de la Gare in Bordeaux very much
