Garage to avoid++++. There is one that speaks badly to customers and shows no professionalism. To ask for information on my car I had to call back several times without ever getting a response. They put me on hold for tens of minutes without a response or an apology. They want to charge fees without ever having sent a quote: no transparency, no communication, only bad faith. Very bad experience. Believe me, everything said in the comments is true 👎

For my part, I have been going to the garage for 10 years and I have always been very well received, there is always a quote to validate and sign before the repairs, just this morning I had a screw in my wheel and it was done in 15 minutes. I recommend this garage.

I'm very disappointed with this Citroën garage. I went there after a license plate theft, right after leaving the police station. I was charged €74 for the installation and production of both plates (front and rear), without being informed of the price in advance. I didn't even bother to ask.
I understand that there's a service charge, but at that rate, it's bordering on abuse. For comparison, at Norauto or Feu Vert, the price is much more reasonable, and even at a Renault garage near me, the rate never exceeds €40 for this type of service.
I took the time to call the Citroën garage in Rezé to get a (similar) comparison; we were charged €50. A far cry from the €74.
I find it shameful to take advantage of people's distress, especially in this kind of situation. A bad experience I won't soon forget.

They are not interested in the Takata airbag safety recall. My first appointment request was for December 12, 2024, and for September 9, after numerous reminders, still without any news.
