Huge disappointment...at the beginning of 2024 I gave my Peugeot 407 coupe airbag for repair! I got my car back and after a few days the fault came back! I went back to get it repaired and got my 407 back repaired??? The next day I passed the technical inspection....refused for air ring fault. I went back to CITROEN for repair and finally they changed the faulty switch (they gave me the part as a gift). Recently I went back to this garage to change an electronic valve! He refused to do it without telling me why! I had been warned that the valve cost €198...but at Oscaro the same new part cost a little over €90....I had serious doubts and what's more this garage gave me a very bad reception by saying "I refuse to do this repair and you are wasting my time" I am 73 years old and I expected more respect! This is how I was received by this garage...no respect for the customer...I strongly advise against it and will go elsewhere from now on.

A great little family garage, the kind you don't find much anymore. No problems to report, either with repairs or servicing. Available, attentive, and offers good advice. Honestly, I have no complaints. Keep it up!

Because I have to give one star to leave a review, otherwise it's worth zero. My son had to have his car towed on the highway due to engine trouble. The next morning, he called to pick it up and noticed that the fan grille inside the car was broken. We asked the mechanic why, and he replied, "It wasn't us, ma'am, we didn't go inside the car." I didn't understand that at all. To fix it, there's no need to try starting it to see if the problem is fixed? So I called the breakdown service, who insisted there was nothing wrong and that everything inside the car was intact. Therefore, it was definitely the mechanic who damaged it. I'm now forced to go to the Bouchain police station to file a complaint against the mechanic, with the breakdown service as a witness. It's unbelievable that a garage, which is supposed to represent the Citroën brand, can't admit its mistakes. If you break something, you fix it; that's normal.
