THEY TAKE THESE CUSTOMERS FOR FOOLISH!!!!!
- We took our first car, a Dacia, in two years ago for a gearbox problem. Two months later, the gearbox had a problem, but they told us it was normal and it would pass, and if not, they would have to come back when it broke down because they didn't know what the problem was with the gearbox... So we've been driving for two years with a gearbox that has a problem but can't be repaired because they don't know what the problem is... average for a Renault/Dacia dealership.
- Being the suckers that we are, we brought in a Ford to have the brakes rebuilt, the heating restored, and a few other things done... the bill was over €700.
Three days later, the heating system was gone because the part we replaced was broken. The part was replaced again, and the same problem. The mechanic told me that the part wasn't compatible with the car after all and that he'd get a refund from the supplier (but there was no way they'd refund me, though...).
Two months later, we were losing brake fluid. I went back to the mechanic and they told me that the brake hoses were dead even though we'd just had the brakes redone, but that it wasn't their fault because the brake hoses hadn't been replaced even though I paid to have the brakes redone.
So we left the car to have the brakes redone, so we waited for the call.... 1 week, 2 weeks... 1 month, 2 months... then finally, after 4 months, I decided to go get the car, which obviously wouldn't start because the battery was dead... The mechanic's reason was "you didn't return our call" (yes, take me for a 3-week-old fool).
All this to say that I strongly advise against this mechanic who treats us like idiots and makes me pay a bill for over €700 only to have nothing repaired in the end...
I hope the mechanic doesn't have the gall to send me the bill!!!

Very good garage, welcoming and good advice, fast and efficient, my car has been followed by them for a long time, I recommend!

As always, a warm welcome, good repairs and a reasonably priced bonnet tire change. My car will be serviced by them in the future.
