Service honteux et attitude inacceptable.
Le garage m’a prêté un véhicule qui est tombé complètement en panne en pleine ville, sans triangle de panne ni feu de détresse utilisable. Ensuite, ils ont eu le culot de m’accuser de mentir, comme si j’avais choisi de rester bloqué sous 38 °C en pleine rue.
Malgré cette situation dangereuse et humiliante, ils ont refusé toute remise ou geste commercial. Aucun sérieux, aucun respect du client. À fuir

Above all, don't go there anymore because it's scandalous!
This morning, I made an appointment for my car, which won't start because the battery is dead. There were two solutions: do it yourself or trust a repairer. Unfortunately, I wanted to trust this repairer. My first surprise: the person immediately mentioned my insurance company, and I refused. The technician came, I was 700 meters from the garage, started the car, and then I dropped it off at the garage to change the battery. I came this evening to pick up the car and pay the bill for €260.45. No comment on the labor and travel, but the price of the battery is disgraceful. Expressing my surprise at the amount, they offered me to pay in two installments, and I refused. I paid and inspected the work at a high price: the result was the battery was less powerful than the one previously installed because it had a 50Ah battery instead of a 60Ah battery, and the protection surrounding the battery was torn and poorly positioned. Too bad because wanting to make tradesmen work is in this case a very bad choice. PS: for your information, an identical battery can be purchased between 90 and 95€ and at this tradesman the price is 195.77€ including tax. My comments were not heard or listened to by the person who is at the reception of this garage where we will never set foot again.

I've been a customer of this garage since 1977. I'm satisfied with the garage, which has always maintained my various vehicles well throughout the years, first during the time of the current owners' father, and then with the current owners. I've always been satisfied with both the purchase of my vehicles and their follow-up and maintenance.
I've just had my vehicle serviced, and I'd like to thank this establishment and its employees for their service.

A truly disastrous experience from start to finish. The vehicle was damaged following an accident and was stuck in the garage for three months. There was virtually no communication from the garage, the documents weren't sent to the adjuster on time, and no commercial gesture, not even an apology. We begged for a loaner vehicle and received it after two and a half months.
I've never had such an experience with a garage, and what's more, the battery was charged €230, which seems particularly expensive to me.
