We were on holiday in Bouhy when we suddenly noticed a coolant leak. The next day, we drove over to them and discussed the problem in a mix of Dutch, English and French 😅
The mechanic was very friendly and, during the inspection, noticed that our car was unsafe in several areas — the tires were no longer in good condition.
In the end, everything was fixed quickly and the staff was fantastic!
Great attention to detail and passion for their craft — just as it should be 😄

Exceptional, warm, and ultra-professional service!
While vacationing nearby, we were involved in an accident (wing mirror torn off, door and sidewall damaged), and some locals recommended Garage Renault in Bouhy – Famille Roches. From the first call, we were warmly welcomed and invited to come in as soon as the afternoon resumed.
The owner and his team responded with impressive efficiency: a file was created immediately, the damage was immediately assessed, parts were ordered promptly, and communication was crystal clear throughout the process.
Thanks to their professionalism (detailed quote with clear photos), our insurance company was able to respond very quickly. And against all expectations, despite the extent of the repairs, they did everything they could to have our car ready that Friday evening!
The icing on the cake: since no taxis were available in the area, they offered to pick us up themselves. A rare kindness these days.

I highly recommend this garage for any vehicle maintenance or repairs.
We broke down 900m from this garage. We went there and were very pleasantly surprised by the service, even though we were just passing through.
This family exudes extraordinary kindness, both toward the customers and, which is noteworthy because it's rare, toward the staff.
