A garage where the team is entirely dedicated to customer relations, driven by the owner.
We've been having our cars serviced there for 12 years and have absolutely no complaints.

Excellent "little mechanic". Good diagnosis and friendly. 69 euros per overhaul A where the garage (factory?) in Nîmes offered... 100 but without telling us that the price included insurance on the overhaul...
In short, very good value for money, service and price.

Not satisfied at all!! In July I called to make an appointment, my Espace no longer started. He had no place immediately for an appointment, then the garage owner was on vacation in August, I was offered an appointment at the beginning of September! Wanting to run a local business rather than the Renault garage in Nîmes, and living in Bouillargues, I made an appointment as soon as possible: at the beginning of September. I spent all the school holidays locked up at home without a car, with my 2 children, my husband taking his car to go to work every day. At the end of August I couldn't take it anymore and I made an appointment with another garage owner in Bouillargues.. Bad luck, after seeing the car, he couldn't do the repairs and so directed me to a Renault garage!! So I called back: appointment mid-September!! I'm waiting, in mid-September I call back to be sure to bring the car via the breakdown service: the appointment will be at the end of September!! At the end of September I call on the agreed date, saying that the breakdown service will bring my Espace. The mechanic refused it!!!!! Without any valid reason, revenge perhaps for having wanted to go to the competition in Bouillargues?! He didn't even want to give me a quote!! So I waited 3 months without a car and without vacation for my children for him to finally refuse my vehicle without any justification! It's shameful to treat people like this. So my car went to Renault Nîmes where I got a quote and where I was really considered a customer! I therefore absolutely do not recommend this garage, and my military husband in Garons will not hesitate to talk about it around him, we were taken for idiots and it's really unacceptable!
