Went in for a diagnosis because the bonnet was not closing properly. Chap came and looked at the car and told me that I needed a new, very expensive bonnet lock, and that he would order one.
After taking the car home and looking closer, I noticed that someone had bumped the front of my car and misaligned the grill. Adjusted that and the bonnet closed and locked. Phoned to cancel the misdiagnosed work only to be told that I would have to pay for the new bonnet lock!
Not sure that I would trust them with my 2022 3 series again.

I have used this garage to service my lovely BMW for 23 years from when they were in Perigueux and Boulazac. Excellent service - good honest advice and they have had the same service manager for all that time. My only complaint is they didnt let me know they had moved , so I got a shock when I was over that wa and thought Id pop in to book a service and they were gone :)
