Great experience at this Renault dealership. The team was friendly, professional, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. The showroom is clean and well organized, and the overall process felt smooth and stress free. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others looking for a reliable dealership.

Visited the showroom in March 2023. Located at heart of boulougne. Easily accessible by all means of public transportation. Big showroom with all models available and showcase of some vintage models to show the history of french brand. Staff are very welcoming and explains each aspect very clearly. I would recommend this showroom if you are looking for a renault car.

I used their Mobilize service (Renault Rent) and I found their team is very helpful and friendly. Special shout-out to "Morene" : honestly she was helping another old man who his credit card wasn't working in parallel of helping me. She was very friendly bringing the car I rent, explaining to me all the information I need. Really this small attention to details are very important from customer point of view. Merci Morene :) New Edit after retrieving my old car after their carrosserie service finished repairing it (feedback related more to service carrosserie than Renault Rent itself : ‘ My vehicle remained immobilized for more than a year due to very long delays related to the bodywork service, which was difficult to manage. However, I would like to highlight the professionalism and quality of support provided by Mr. Jean Philippe Dromenel who demonstrated attentiveness, availability, and a genuine sense of customer service during the recovery of my vehicle. His commitment clearly made a difference at the end of the process.

Some aspects are positive: this is a very big car dealer and so it is generally quick to get appointments there. We have two cars, and for our Zoe, apart from the high expenses (for some reason the battery was changed this last revision even though this was not absolutely necessary) we are quite satisfied. However for our Espace we have had problem after problem.
