I left my car at Peugeot for a service and everything went very well. The welcome was truly warm and professional. The service advisor was very friendly and attentive, which is always appreciated.
Since the service took a little longer than expected, they offered me a loaner vehicle, which made my day much easier.
I highly recommend this garage for their professionalism, transparency, and excellent customer service!

Peugeot for 30 years, very good after-sales service, top-notch customer service at the dispatch counter. Areas for improvement: the wait to collect my vehicle from the service advisor who had handled my case was a bit long (30 minutes on my last visit because the dedicated advisor was busy with another customer, while the other advisors were available!). Eventually, one of the other advisors returned my vehicle, but only after a wait of over 30 minutes. Also for improvement is the customer parking lot, where it's always difficult to find a space.
