I've been satisfied with this garage for over twenty years, but my last three visits have been very disappointing.
During the first visit, for an annual service, I was told there was no one competent to handle a fortunately minor electronic problem with our 508, and I left without it being fixed.
During the second visit, when the gearbox on our 307 broke down away from home, this garage refused to allow a tow truck to bring our car in. It's true that it's located in the city center and has limited space since selling part of its storage area for a real estate development.
When I booked my last annual service appointment, having been informed in the past, I specifically requested a date when an expert in electronic problems would be present. That day, I was given to understand that there wouldn't be anyone competent available anyway, and the problem in question (not so minor, since it concerned the blind spot detector) was neither examined nor resolved. To top it all off, while I was there for an annual service under contract with an extended warranty, the person who greeted me tried to sell me an additional pre-inspection before my upcoming vehicle inspection.
That's the last straw. I don't intend to return to this establishment and informed the receptionist of this. Oddly enough, unlike in previous years, I haven't been contacted by a customer satisfaction survey.
