Sadly my car got towed here after it broke down on the motorway. Absolutely agree with all these 1* reviews, I got ripped off of 1300€+ and my car still doesn't work. secretary and owner both behaved appalling, needless to say I didn't get a cent back nor the car fixed.

I don't understand the negative reviews... I'm clearly not a good customer. I don't buy vehicles there. I don't get my routine maintenance done there either, since I live 100 meters from a general auto center. However, for the past 15 years, I've gone to this small garage every time I have a breakdown. Even for the dirty work that doesn't pay well. And yet, I'm always treated very pleasantly, they manage to help quickly, their prices are very reasonable, they're punctual... Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. They're hard workers. It's heartwarming to see people like that.

For over seven years, I had my high-end car serviced annually, and when I sold it after each service due to a move, another mechanic showed me my damaged air filter and claimed it had NEVER been changed! But of course, I was still charged for it every year. The worst part was that this led to recurring and expensive breakdowns. Anyway…

Nightmarish experience: 45 days of immobilization, catastrophic management, and VERBAL ABUSIVE abuse of a PREGNANT customer! I strongly advise against this garage. Our experience is a textbook example of incompetence and rudeness: My Peugeot vehicle was dropped off on September 1, 2025, due to an ABS/ESP unit problem. We only just picked it up today, October 17, meaning it's been immobilized for 46 days! This delay is outrageous and is not due to a lack of parts, but to pitiful handling of the file and a lack of coordination with Peugeot customer service. Despite our vehicle being immobilized for over a month, the garage refused to lend us a car for weeks. The owner blamed us, telling us that "it's not his problem, it's Peugeot's," even though he is an Authorized Peugeot Repairer! We only received a courtesy vehicle after several persistent requests, just two weeks ago. The most serious issue is the outrageous behavior of the owner of Gge Charles Bryczman. My partner went alone this afternoon to pick up the vehicle. The owner violently verbally assaulted her and was extremely aggressive and threatening. I spoke to this same owner on the phone a few hours earlier, and he never raised his voice with me. It's clear that he took advantage of the fact that my partner was alone, and even more so, PREGNANT, to vent and intimidate her. This garage respects neither its customers nor its obligations, and even less so pregnant women. The nearly two-month downtime for a simple repair and the verbal abuse against my partner are intolerable.
