Paying a bill for a vehicle under warranty.
Because the person doesn't want to open a claim and is asking us to get reimbursed from the dealership where we bought the vehicle.
A warranty is valid for all Peugeot vehicles in France, whether it's a mechanical or electronic fault.

An appointment at 1:00 p.m. for a service, no one to greet me before 1:30 p.m.
A welcome without excuse for the 30-minute wait!
I was simply told to leave the vehicle here, we'll take care of it, no walk-through with the customer, nor any questions if there were any specific things to know.
And for the return, we took the same items and started again!
We picked up the keys at the office and had a nice day, the vehicle was in the parking lot.
No service report? Have the oil levels been checked? Has the vehicle been washed?
In short, a service that was taken very lightly, and customer service neglected.
