The only garage I trust: reliable, responsive, and professional.
The whole family has been taking their cars here for years. They've gotten us out of a lot of trouble, while other garages quoted exorbitant repair costs, but they always found reliable solutions. I no longer live in Bréhal, but I prefer to drive an hour to have my car in a trustworthy garage.
We've never been disappointed.
I bought my car there this year, and it's perfect.

Unfair business practices – CarGo/Renault agency to be avoided at all costs!
Avoid this agency if you value your money and a modicum of honesty.
After pressure washing the vehicle that very morning (invoice available), and returning it with the keys in their mailbox because the agency was exceptionally closed on November 10th, CarGo charged us an additional €35 for "cleaning" due to tire marks in the rain in Normandy in November 🙄.
An imposed charge, a moralizing tone, and a refusal to acknowledge the obvious: the vehicle was clean and well-maintained.
This is exactly the kind of practice that destroys trust:
✔️ automatic billing for the slightest pretext
✔️ total lack of transparency
✔️ inability to admit wrongdoing even when faced with evidence
✔️ pressure put on the customer to pay without question
A deplorable experience, symptomatic of an agency that seems to have made excessive billing its business model.
I strongly advise against using them: there are plenty of reputable companies on the market to avoid this kind of trap. See the photo of the vehicle at the time of return; judge for yourself!

Following bodywork repairs, the invoice I received was lower than the estimate. Some of the work listed on the estimate was not actually required for the repair. Therefore, the invoice amount corresponds exactly to the work carried out... honesty is rare these days!
I thank the Renault Olivier dealership in Bréhal for the excellent work, the honesty of its management, and the friendliness of all the garage staff.
I highly recommend this establishment.
