His availability, attentiveness, and respect for customers are remarkable. He takes the time to answer questions clearly, without ever trying to push the sale, and provides all necessary documents without any over-the-top or unpleasant surprises.
This is a serious company, with genuine goodwill offered spontaneously, which has become rare these days.
A garage we hadn't heard of until recently, but which will now become our trusted garage for vehicle maintenance.
Thank you also to Mr. Van Laeys for his kindness and responsiveness. He was able to effectively liaise with Mr. Huet, which greatly facilitated our initial exchanges.
