😠 1-Star Review: Very Disappointing Experience at Reception
Hello,
I recently visited your establishment to have the tire pressure checked on a company vehicle.
When I asked at reception, I mentioned the name of the company I work for. The person present, an older gentleman, reacted inappropriately by laughing loudly.
I felt extremely uncomfortable, even attacked, by this mocking and unprofessional attitude. I came seeking help and service; receiving such a welcome is unacceptable.
I find it regrettable that one can feel humiliated in a business.

The person on the phone was very friendly and offered me a quick appointment.
I left my car there, and all the problems were resolved the same day. I was able to pick it up that same evening, which was much appreciated.
The prices are reasonable, and the receptionist called me several times to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs and to ask for my feedback on the costs.
In addition, the owner's cheerful disposition is always a plus.
I highly recommend this garage.

Helaine Garage has a team of professionals who are very attentive to their customers. I would return there with my eyes closed.

Good reception and support. I resolved the issues but I will have to go back to complete my oil change.

Very good garage, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they don't charge unnecessary fees.
What's more, a loaner car is available for the day!
