Very unprofessional! They gave an appointment at the store opening to have a suitcase placed; I called the garage back at 11 a.m. to inform them that I would need to pick up the vehicle early in the afternoon. They assured me that it would be done. I arrived at 2 p.m. at their store, my vehicle had not been diagnosed, but it had been moved, the keys were in the ignition, with the windows wide open, in the completely open parking lot. I had already made this same appointment the previous week and after 2 hours of waiting for a suitcase that was supposed to be done upon receipt of the vehicle, I had to leave, having a professional obligation. In the end, I just wasted hours of time and will have to wait for an appointment at another garage because the first appointment I was given had a two-week deadline.

I took my car to this garage for a problem that other mechanics wouldn't even bother to diagnose. The mechanic test-drove the car to understand the issue, made the correct diagnosis, and quickly found the hard-to-find part. A huge thank you for everything; my car is finally fixed!

Perfect! We had problems twice during our vacation, and each time they were fixed quickly. The entire staff is knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. Plus, it's excellent value for money.
